Q: Do you apply extra charges for oversize items and pianos?
A: Our Company does not make extra charges for large (oversize) or heavy items. If your furniture is too big we will disassemble this particular piece, carefully pack and assemble it back at new location. Piano is a very heavy and delicate piece of furniture that needs special care. We have professional piano moving that have 7+ years of piano moving experience and they will gladly assist you with this kind of service.
Q: How can I possibly know the final price for moving?
A: Unlike our competitors, our pricing system is based on an itemized list rather than by weight. By using this method, we are able to guarantee the total move cost before we relocate you. The estimated quote remains as the FINAL QUOTE.
Q: Who will pack my items?
A: Usually people packing the small household goods and leaving the large items for moving company.
Again, unlike our competitors we have FULL PACKING SERVICE. When you arrange for packing services, a crew will be sent to your home or business either the day before or the morning of your scheduled loading day (depending on your packing needs). Our crew is made up of trained, uniformed professionals – experts at protecting all household goods against the rigors of transport. Our packing crew will use only new packing materials – specially designed moving cartons, bubble wrap, stretch wrap, special packing tissues, etc.
Q: What is the right way to tip the movers?
A: Tip is not an obligation. It is a reword for the good service and professional job. Do not feel obligated to give a tip if you feel it was not earned.
